Adrian Cannon

Managing Director

Adrian Cannon brings over 20 years’ experience and expertise in the cards and payments sector. Adrian provides clients with a deep strategic understanding of the ever-changing payment space as well as a forensic grasp of the technical and regulatory challenges. This combination of skills provides organisations with decisive consultancy as they seek to grow in both highly competitive, established markets and regions where opportunities are just emerging.

Formerly a director of market leading companies such as Elavon Merchant Services and Edgar Dunn & Company, Adrian has worked in partnership with the UK NFC Steering Board, the Faster Payments Scheme Limited and has provided expertise and calculated counsel to Chip and PIN programs in Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Lindsay Robertson

Director

Lindsay is a specialist in cards and payments and has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services and the Public Sector. With comprehensive and long-term proficiency in the payments space, Lindsay delivers excellence in programme, commercial and change management covering multi-channel payment systems, Smart cards, NFC and retail banking.

With unique expertise in payments solutions for transit, Lindsay has provided consultancy to the Home Office, the Department for Transport and the Transport for London’s Oyster programme, as well as to the Home Office. Before joining Witstock, he led ITSO Ltd responsible for returning ITSO to profitability, by driving efficiency, refreshing the company’s revenue lines, enabling ITSO to deliver its services more effectively to its growing member and supplier base.

Graham Peacop

Non-Executive Chairman

Graham recently served for 5 years as CEO of The UK Cards Association, overseeing its integration into UK Finance. He is currently the General Manager of UK Payments Administration Ltd, directing its transition into the New Payments Systems Operator, and is a director of the Lending Standards Board.

Prior to joining UKCA, Graham was Head of Card Acceptance for MasterCard UK & Ireland, and before that he spent over 30 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland. He is a leading Card Payments sector figure and has held various key industry representative positions.
